Marc O. DeGirolami is an Associate Professor of Law at St. John's University School of Law. Professor DeGirolami’s scholarship focuses on law and religion, constitutional law, and criminal law. His book, Tragedy and History: The Quality of Religious Liberty, is forthcoming from Harvard University Press. His papers have appeared in various law journals including Constitutional Commentary, Legal Theory, Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, Boston College Law Review, Alabama Law Review, and St. John's Law Review, among others. He also writes occasionally for The New Republic. He is the Associate Director of the Center for Law and Religion, and a member of the popular legal blog, “Mirror of Justice.”
